    TERMS & CONDITIONS

     DEPOSITS: ​

·       $500 non-refundable rental deposit to be applied toward rental fees. ​

   EVENT INSURANCE

·       A $1,000,000 policy required. This is approximately $150 - $300 depending on the size of event. ​

​

   TABLES & CHAIRS

    Included for the venue are:

   Tables: (10) 6 foot Rounds, (10) 5 foot Rounds, (2) 8 foot Banquet

   Chairs: 150 Black Padded chairs.

   

   *Upgrades for tables and chairs, or additional rental items can provided by Pacific North Events & Tents Rentals.​​

·       2,800 sq ft venue space, does not include the sq ft for the storage & staging area.

  CATERING ​

·       Vendor Page - This list provides a team of vendors who have worked with The Beacon, who are familiar with the space. 

·       Providing your own food is allowed in the Beacon. We don't have a commercial kitchen, but there is a fridge, microwave, and chaffing pans. You will need to provide your own sterno. ​

·       A staging area is available for caterers but NO Full Commercial kitchen

·       Refrigerator is available

·       Elevator in lobby

·       ADA restrooms and access to the building from all entrances. ADA parking in the parking lot.

·       Street parking is available on Broadway and parking off of Avenue A behind the building.

·       The Beacon has an entrance from the rear parking lot and Broadway, all ADA accessible.
