The Beacon venue rents by the day. There is a weekend package available that begins Friday at 5 pm and ends on Monday at 12 pm. We are flexible with times and packages can be personalized for your needs. Let us know your preferred date(s) when you contact us.

The Beacon turned 100 years old in 2020. This event venue located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near.

This versatile space is well suited for private and corporate rentals. It is elegant for a wedding, reception, social gatherings, meet and greets, conferences, and retreats. Great workspace for film crews and photoshoots. Have your next training session, class, or seminar at the Oregon Coast. Various configurations convert the venue from fully open to a more intimate setting for smaller parties.

The Beacon seats up to 150 people, tables and chairs are included. The Vendor page is helpful whether you are from the area or planning for a destination event.
